Terms of service

ASCEND is a planner and AI coach, currently in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build. The service is provided as-is, without warranties — we work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation during early access.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for what you put into the planner. Your planner content remains yours; we only use it to provide the service (including generating AI suggestions from your own data). Do not use ASCEND to store or share content that is unlawful or that infringes on someone else's rights.

APEX and other AI features generate suggestions from your planner context. They can be wrong. They are planning aids, not professional advice — use your own judgment before acting on a suggestion.

Early access is free. When paid plans go live, payments will be processed by Stripe, and the pricing and refund terms shown at checkout will apply.

You can stop using ASCEND at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. We may update these terms as the product matures; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
